The product must be in its original condition.
Unused, unmodified, and undamaged.
Packaged in its original box.
3. Non-eligible Products for Return:
Products damaged due to improper use.
Return Procedure:

3. Return Shipping:
Pack the product securely.
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method.
Provide the tracking code via our email address.
Return Costs
Return due to our error (defective or incorrect product): Shipping costs are on us.
Return due to a change of mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the return and will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it was our mistake).
